Amanda Nunes wants to beat up Henry Cejudo but Triple C won’t go down

Henry Cejudo has shot back at Amanda Nunes after the UFC double champion’s post on social media.

Nunes holds two UFC titles simultaneously while Cejudo was a two-division champion too.

However, Cejudo retired from the sport shortly after defeating Dominick Cruz. While Cejudo has spoken about possibly returning to face Alexander Volkanovski, it seems Nunes wants a part of him too.

The 32-year-old Brazilian posted a picture of the pair and claimed she would kick his a**. However, Cejudo shot back at the champion and called her a sheep with reference to many calling her the GOAT (greatest of all-time).

He also told Nunes to go shopping with the girls and she would have to bend the knee if she came at the real GOAT.

Two of the best ever

While Cejudo retiring from the UFC was a bit of a shock, there is no doubt he will be back at some point against a top opponent.

As for Nunes, she is one of the greatest talents ever to have taken up MMA and it is difficult to see who can steal either of her belts.

The Brazilian has a 20-4 record in MMA and her last loss came against Cat Zingano in 2014. She has defeated the likes of Holly Holm, Cris Cyborg, Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and Valentina Shevchenko during her UFC career.

A male vs female match would certainly be a huge draw for the UFC, however, there are no such plans for such a clash at the moment.

Cejudo has targeted Volkanovski in the past, and it will be interesting to see what is next for Triple C. As for Nunes, she is expecting her first child with partner Nina Ansaroff in September 2020.
