Israel Adesanya gifts new car to his dad following UFC 259 disappointment

Nigerian-born Kiwi fighter Israel Adesanya has a lot of love for his parents. And one way of showing that love is by gifting them expensive sets of wheels.

‘Izzy’ has gained a lot of fame and success in the UFC ever since his debut all the way back in February 2018.

He amassed an impressive 20-fight win streak until that fight against Jan Blachowicz a month ago. Despite that, he is one of the most feared competitor inside the rings and truly a huge name worldwide.

He attributes all of this to his father and he is not afraid to show love to him publicly as well, as he pulled up to the UFC 259 press conference wearing a ‘Dadesanya’ t-shirt.

And now in another showing of his appreciation for his father, he posted a video of the new car he gifted him.

The car in the video is a Bentley Continental GT (2021) which costs anywhere between $202,000 to $250,000.

And he quoted the video saying that he does not wait around when it comes to giving his loved ones what they deserve.

“Upgraded my pops cuz he the realest on my team! I don鈥檛 wait for my loved ones to pass on before I give them their [bouquet emoji]”

Just a few weeks ago, he gifted a Red Porsche to his mother. That was during the build-up to his UFC 259 title fight against Jan Blachowicz.

‘The Last Stylebender’ swept through the middleweight division in the UFC before he took the step up to 205.

The fight, unfortunately, resulted in his first MMA loss. He is now at crossroads when it comes to deciding if he will drop down to 185 or stay in 205.
