LeBron James is undoubtedly one of the biggest specimens in the history of the NBA.
Even at the age of 37, the King is motivated enough to go on for another couple of years at least.
The Los Angeles Lakers superstar is still in prime shape even at the age of 37, and recently signed a contract extension that would keep him with the Lakers until the 2024/25 season – with the option of an additional year.
But what makes LeBron James great is much more than his physique. On top of his incredible shape, LeBron is a visionary on the court and often sees things much ahead of others.
His attribute of vision goes much further than the pitch, to the point where the King can implement it in his life. And according to NBA analyst Jalen Rose, James is indeed being a visionary considering his plan of extension – keeping sons Bronny and Bryce in mind.
On the talk show Jalen and Jacoby, the former NBA player said it is very possible that LeBron goes on to play with his son(s) in the future.
When discussing about LeBron’s recent quote to Sports Illustrated (after a cover shoot featuring him with his sons) saying “I am a visionary, but I am also a man who lives in the moment. I’d definitely be looking at who got first-round picks in 2024, 2025; things of that nature, ’26, ’27. I pay attention to that kind of stuff.”
The quote definitely teased one of the long-standing rumours about LeBron wanting to play with his sons at some point in the future, and Jalen Rose said it is very possible that LeBron does go on to do it.
When asked if LeBron can indeed go on to play with his son or his sons, Jalen said: “Probably not sons but I would not put it past LeBron. However, it depends on the goals he has.”
It will not be a surprise at all if LeBron indeed goes on to do the impossible – playing with his sons in the NBA past the ripe age of forty.
