Johnny Walker provides update on foot after UFC Vegas 38 bout

UFC Vegas 38 featured the light heavyweight bout between Thiago Santos and Johnny Walker. Both the fighters are known for their striking and although we did not get to see a knockout, the match was entertaining.

During the match Walker threw a lot of leg kicks which seemed to have injured his foot. The Brazilian was taken to the hospital to get x-ray of his foot done. Amy Kaplan a MMA Journalist reported:

The match was evenly fought throughout and Santos managed to end his three match losing streak by getting a win over Walker. Santos won the fight by a unanimous decision (48-47).

Further reports on Walker’s foot which seems to be in rough shape as of now is awaited.
