The world was left in shock as Chadwick Boseman passed away after a battle with cancer
Chadwick Boseman, best known for his role as the Black Panther in the Marvel movies, passed away after a battle with cancer.
The artist, who also played several big roles in recent movies, passed away after a nearly four-year battle with colon cancer.
This was confirmed on the actor’s social media handles. What was more shocking to many was that not many knew about his battle with the disease as he acted in movies such as Marshall to Da 5 Bloods.
The post added that Boseman was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016 but he soldiered on before it moved onto stage IV.
Boseman passed away at his home and was with his family members. He was just 43 as he succumbed to his illness.

A talented artist gone too early
Boseman’s Black Panther was one of the most risky projects that Marvel had put up. The movie touched upon the issues of racism, representation and it was incredible to see many talented black actors come together and make the movie a hit.
It was incredible that Boseman kept acting during his treatment and he made several appearances in children hospitals to encourage other youngster battling the disease.
His cancer battle certainly came as a shock to many and the actor was one of the brightest minds in the movie business.
Boseman will be missed tremendously and many across the world posted their condolences and expressed their shock.
UFC stars also did the same as they couldn’t believe what had just transpired.
Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Justin Gaethje both posted their tributes to Boseman.
