Jordan Williams stopped the theft of his car as the UFC fighter used some of his MMA skills
The worst thing that anyone can do is get into a fight with an MMA star. What is even worse is if that person isn’t trained and is trying to steal something from the MMA star.
That is exactly what happened to one soul who tried to car jack UFC fighter Jordan Williams. Williams posted the video on his Instagram account and had left his car running as he went in to get a drink from a gas station.
Williams explained why the car was running in his post and brought up that he also got hold of the thief’s hat in all this.
The UFC fighter also landed a few punches and kicks in all this but was left a little upset he couldn’t do any more damage.
“So someone tried to steal my car today #thatfannypacktho
“If you are wondering why my car was still on its the same reason why he couldn’t drive away, I have a push to start and my car won’t go unless the keys are within 5 ft of it and I have them on me always. Needless to say my lesson was learned and I hope so was his.
“Wish I would of hit him with the trip after the clinch work when I tossed him out of the whip, and finish off with some ground and pound but I’ll settle with getting my car back
“Also I know you see the stillness of that fannypack, fannyback game was on point this could be a commercial for them.”
Thief apologises for trying to steal car
Williams was then speaking with ESPN and brought up how he couldn’t believe what was happening:
“At first I couldn’t really believe it,” Williams told ESPN. “And then I was like, ‘Holy s—, there’s someone really in my car.’”
He then explained how his car has a push to start feature and the only reason it started moving was because he was within five feet of the vehicle.
Williams also revealed that the thief apologised after getting a few blows from the UFC star:
“I proceeded to punch the guy. After the first punch he said, ‘OK, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.’ I was able to get some knees on him, as he was exiting out.”
Williams is 0-2 in the UFC with his last outing being a loss against Mickey Gall. The 30-year-old has a 9-5 record in his MMA career.
