Ben Askren reacts to Jorge Masvidal attacking Jericho at AEW Grand Slam
UFC star Jorge Masvidal made his appearance on AEW Grand Slam Rampage. Masvidal and several other members of the American Top Team surrounded the ring when Chris Jericho and Jake Hager were assaulting the Men of the Year.
Masvidal then went on to hit Jericho with a flying knee. The same one he used to knock out Ben Askren in 2019. Askren did not want to be left out of the conversation and had a hilarious reaction to it. Askren tweeted:
“Send me royalties bitches”
Askren seemed to have laughed out at the recreation of him getting KO’d. Askren surely remembers the time he was knocked out by the BMF Champion in just five seconds. A moment that will live in the head of the MMA fanatics forever.
