Welterweight veteran Jorge Masvidal gave his predictions for the upcoming UFC 263
UFC 263 is just a few hours away. It features probably one of the most stacked cards in recent times.
There are two title fights and one non-title 5-round fight. The event is headlined by Israel Adesanya vs Marvin Vettori – middleweight title bout.
The co-main event features flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo defend his belt against Brandon Moreno.
And, for the first time in history a non-title fight will be for 5 rounds – Nate Diaz vs Leon Edwards. The winner of the fight will take probably take on the winner of Colby Covington vs Kamaru Usman.
Elsewhere, UFC Welterweight Jorge Masvidal shared his predictions for the three main fights in the UFC 263 card. He went with Israel Adesanya, Brandon Moreno and Nate Diaz.
In a video posted on Instagram, Gamebred said:
“Israel Adesanya, Nate Diaz, Brandon Moreno. My picks.”
It is worth noting that Diaz’s last fight in the UFC was against Jorge Masvidal, at UFC 244. Masvidal won the fight via. TKO (doctor stoppage).
Jorge Masvidal’s Gamebred Fighting Championships 1 set for June 18
Jorge Masvidal’s MMA promotion Gamebred Fighting Championships will be having its inaugural event this week. The event is set for the 18th of June, and will be headlined by Jason Knights vs Charles Bennett.
Former UFC lightweight Brok Weaver has also been added to the fight card, according to reports from MMA Junkie.
Former UFC fighter and current Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships fighter, Paige VanZant will be alongside Dan Lambert, in the commentary booth.
