Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3 is history now. The trilogy fight produced one of the greatest action-packed fests in recent times.
After scoring a knock down in the third round, it looked like Fury would be running away with another victory.
But, Wilder had other plans. In the fourth round, in what he calls a ‘God given right hand’, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ knocked Fury down, twice.
It was all even until the 9th round. Fury began sniffing a win after that. Sensing that Wilder was slowly gassing out, he began unleashing ‘fists of Fury’, and got the win ultimately in the eleventh round, with a brutal strike.
With that win, Fury all but sealed his rivalry with Wilder. His next move will be to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
Oleksandr Usyk is expected to be his next opponent.
Jorge Masvidal reacts to Tyson Fury producing a stunning knockout win
Jorge Masvidal was rooting for ‘The Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury. He even sent in his wishes ahead of the fight.
Following Fury’s victory, Masvidal acknowledged the greatness of the spectacle he just witnessed calling it one of the greatest heavyweight fights.
Masvidal wrote:
“Pure entertainment and one of the greatest heavyweight fights. #TysonFury”
Masvidal, is currently in the twilight face of his career. Although his game hasn’t deteriorated, ‘Gamebred’ himself has stated that he would carry on probably for a maximum of three more fights.
