Khabib Nurmagomedov has also praised UFC Bantamweight Champion Henry Cejudo in the past
Ali Abdelaziz recently made a big statement about Henry Cejudo on Twitter.
The 33-year-old is the current Bantamweight Champion and used to hold the Flyweight title too before giving it up.
Cejudo is 17-2 in his MMA career but has won Gold in freestyle wrestling at the 2008 Olympics. The American has won several medals in wrestling and is rightly considered as one of the best in the world,
Abdelaziz manages several top talents, including undefeated Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. However, he believes that Cejudo is the greatest fighter of all time.
Abdelaziz tweeted this out and Cejudo was more than ready to lap it up. The Olympic Gold Medallist also listed out his achievements and said he was the greatest combat athlete of all time:
The American has spoken about becoming a champion in a third weight division, and it will be interesting to see if he tries for that soon.
Cejudo would have to move up to the Featherweight division, which currently has Alexander Volkanovski as the champion.
Conor McGregor is the other person who has spoken about doing this, but Cejudo believes he would be able to reach this feat first.
The American is a quality fighter but there are other greats too in the UFC.
Jon Jones is possibly the best ever UFC fighter. Khabib is also unbeaten in his UFC career and has beaten McGregor easily. It will be interesting to see what Cejudo does next in his quest to be the best.
The American was set to face Jose Aldo at UFC 250 but Aldo was replaced by Dominick Cruz. However, all UFC events have been suspended due to the coronavirus, and there is no guarantee when they will be back for action.
