UFC welterweight Khamzat Chimaev has been on a callout spree of late
Khamzat Chimaev wants a piece of ‘West Coast Gangster’ Nate Diaz. ‘The Borz’ has been calling out every name possible, and has made sure that fellow lightweight Diaz is also a part of it.
Reiterating the fact that he wanted to kill everyone, Chimaev called out the younger Diaz brother.
The reason? Diaz expressed his disliking to fight ‘someone like Chimaev’ in an interview with TMZ. He called it ‘disrespectful’ to be pitted against Chimaev.
In reply to Diaz’s claim, Chimaev, taking to Twitter, wrote:
“You fake gangster @NateDiaz209 and I don’t care who to fight i’m coming for everybody, where are you all the gangsters and kings ? i’m here to kill everyone i’m the king here i’m a gangster here.”
He then followed it up:
“You are the easiest money for me thin @NateDiaz209.”
Chimaev also called Nate’s elder brother Nick. Asking him not to run scared, Chimaev tweeted:
“Say hello to your older brother, tell him not to be afraid of me, I don’t beat old people, he knows what I mean, in Vegas I just wanted to say hello well, poor man ran away Rolling on the floor laughing @NateDiaz209.”
Nick returned to the UFC after nearly 7 years when he took on Robbie Lawler at UFC 266 in September 2021. Having beaten Lawler 17 years prior to that, Diaz was looking forward to going 2-0 up in the rivalry.
However, he was stopped by Lawler in the 3rd round.
