Jake Paul recently laid out an ultimatum to UFC President Dana White and tagged UFC big names – Khamzat Chimaev responds
YouTuber-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul laid out an ultimatum to UFC President Dana White wherein he agreed to do the proposed steroid test and also retire from Boxing and fight Jorge Masvidal in the UFC.
Paul followed it up with another asking how many fighters would want to get behind his offer. ‘The Problem Child’ tagged the top draws of the UFC.
Here is what Paul tweeted:
“How many current and former UFC fighters are actually going to get behind my offer to Dana? Y’all want to see me get my ass kicked in the octagon right? Y’all can make a difference here. @TheNotoriousMMA@NateDiaz209@JonnyBones@stylebender@USMAN84kg@rosenamajunas@GamebredFighter@francis_ngannou@KChimaev@TeamKhabib.”
Among the many fighters, Paul tagged, welterweight Khamzat Chimaev wasn’t particularly impressed with the Tweet.
Posting a group picture of his brother Logan Paul looking at his direction during a training session, Chimaev replied:
“Don’t joke with me you know what I mean.”
Ariel Helwani shows his support for Jake Paul
MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani showed his support for Jake Paul after the latter laid out his ultimatum to UFC President Dana White.
Quote tweeting Paul’s, Helwani wrote: “Bigger dub.”
It is worth noting that, Helwani and White have not been on good terms since 2016. The famed journalist was banned from UFC events after allegedly leaking valuable information regarding (former fighter) Brock Lesnar’s return.
