UFC 4 posted details regarding update 6.0 as Michael Chandler was one of the new names added to the roster
EA Sports UFC 4 released details regarding update 6.0 as it featured two new names on the roster.
Alex Perez, who recently lost to Deiveson Figueiredo for the title, was one of the names added.
The Mexican got a 4.5 star overall rating with only his grappling being four stars. However, the big talking point was seeing former Bellator champion Michael Chandler also get included.
UFC fans are yet to see the multiple-time champion in the Octagon after he signed for the promotion. He was one of the most coveted free agents and even served as the standby for the Justin Gaethje vs Khabib Nurmagomedov fight.
It is to be seen when Chandler fights next as he had spoken about Tony Ferguson not wanting to face him.
However, the American posted a subtle message about his plans as he wanted to go for the title soon.
Chandler has spoken about fighting at the top end of the Lightweight division and it will be interesting to see what is next for him.
The 34-year-old is one of the big names in the UFC and it is great that the fans can play with him. Other popular names such as Khamzat Chimaev and Brock Lesnar have been added in other updates.
However, Marvin Vettori, who is now ranked in the top 5 Middleweights, is still upset over his snub.
What other features are part of update 6.0?
As with any patch for a game, UFC 4’s latest update isn’t just about the two stars being added.
In the patch notes on the UFC 4 site, a plethora of changes and updates have been shared. These range from updating the move set of stars such as Figueiredo, Dustin Poirier, Chimaev, Lauren Murphy to updating how each fighter looks.
There are some new search options and graphics updates too with rag doll physics and a “lights out” KO also being added to increase the dramatic effect of the fights.
