Undefeated mixed martial artist Muhammad Mokaev calls out Sean O’Malley for UFC 276

Fresh off his brilliant showing at UFC London, Dagestan born UK fighter Muhammad Mokaev has set his sights on a fight against prospering superstar Sean O’Malley. The undefeated fighter has even expressed his willingness to jump up in weight class to face ‘Suga’.

The 6-time British wrestling champion & European BJJ champion is one of those fighters that can work from the bottom, be competent on the feet, and be dominant on top. He has targeted the right for 2nd July UFC 276 during the organization’s International Fight Week in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Even though Mokaev fights at flyweight, he is willing to come up to bantamweight to challenge himself against O’Malley.

He posted out a tweet by saying, “Are you available July 2nd in Vegas? @SugaSeanMMA I’ll finish you in round one, I don’t care what weight, I’ll come to your division UK VS USA round 2 but this time in USA”

Sean O’Malley was all praises for the star of UFC London Tom Aspinall, who impressed everyone with his stellar skills and dominant display.

Aspinall alongside Ciryl Gane have been complimented for their nimble footwork, and breakneck speed which is unseen and unheard of for a heavyweight.

Sean O’Malley was amongst the many who took notice of the prospect, and hailed him a a ‘problem’ for the division. He said, “Tom taking down Volkov and submit him like that. That’s a real problem for the heavyweight division. He’s like an athletic giant.”

As for O’Malley he’s targeting a return at UFC 274 and this time potentially against a top-10 opponent.
