UFC superstar Nate Diaz’s conflict with the UFC top brass continues to escalate, this time over a new NFT drop on world 4/20 day

The dissension surrounding Nate Diaz and UFC continue to worsen by the day after the UFC announces the launch of a new NFT package that guarantees a Nick and Nate Diaz token.

The Diaz name has been synonymous with some of the most action-packed fights, flipping off opponents, and as real as they come attitude. The UFC has always had trouble dealing with the Diaz boys, as they continued to develop a cult following as an anti-hero figure during their prime years.

However, both Nick and Nate have had their trouble with the corporation’s overextended suspension and lack of PR push when they were at their best. Nick was infamously banned for 5 years when he tested positive for weed after his fight against Anderson Silva. Nate on the other hand was fined heavily for lighting up a CBD vape after his epic war against Conor Mcgregor at UFC 202.

The Diaz brothers have been the trailblazers in the UFC for the incorporation of weed and CBD as part of a performance recovery mechanism. The UFC has been reaping profits through its various CBD deals and the younger Diaz brother sounds agitated over that.

He posted on Twitter saying, ‘ It’s shit like this why I need to get the fuck out of the sorry ass UFC. Didn’t you guys suspend nick for 5 years and fine me hella money for a vape pen?! Now you’re reaping the benefits. I hope nobody buys this bullshit 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🖕🏼’

‘These pants need bigger pockets’ – Nate Diaz pokes fun at UFC president Dana White after the latter sent him some fresh gear

Stockton slugger Nate Diaz has his sights set on a move away from the sport, with a feasible jump to boxing.  The younger Diaz brother was among the first wave of fighters that set motion the fighter pay dispute. He has been vocal about his contract with the UFC, and along with his brother Nick, became the first of a very elite group of fighters to negotiate PPV points into their contract without a belt.

UFC president Dana White sent in some fresh gear to the Stockton fighter, and although Diaz did appreciate the gesture, he took the opportunity to taunt the UFC by suggesting that the pockets need to be bigger.

He said, ‘ Thanks @hunter and Dana for new ufc gear these pants need bigger pockets tho ’
