Fans have reacted to Jake Paul calling out Nate Diaz for his next fight

Jake Paul’s unanimous decision victory over MMA great Anderson Silva hushed his critics. The most sought-after free agent in the world of combat sports, Nate Diaz, was challenged by “The Problem Child” to a future fight as he improved his undefeated boxing record to 6-0. He also mentioned the top fighter Canelo Alvarez as a potential choice.

Anderson Silva and Paul had a strong opening exchange, but Silva took some time to assess Paul as he frequently does in the early stages of a fight. In the second round, “Spider” accelerated the pace and worked to close the gap. He tried to force the American into a firefight while backing him up and landing precise combos.

The former YouTuber-turned-pugilist inexplicably recovered his groove and remained cool throughout the following rounds. He put effort into Silva’s bodywork and struck him with a few thunderous blows to the breadbasket. Silva, on the other hand, persisted in staying outside while rushing in with a barrage of blows.

The most dramatic exchange of the bout occurred in the eighth and final round when Paul quickly connected with Silva before landing an overhand right that connected flush. The Brazilian fell to the ground right away but got to his feet before the count. In the end, Jake Paul won the competition according to the judges’ scores.
