Paige VanZant had posed for Sports Illustrated but she got more than she bargained for and ended up breaking her arm
Paige VanZant has become one of the world’s most followed female MMA stars. The former UFC star and the BKFC star is now going great guns on several social media platforms.
VanZant has achieved quite a following on social media thanks to her posts. She has an OnlyFans account as well, and posts quite a lot of risqué content on social media.
However, prior to all of this, VanZant was turning heads after posting for Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition.
VanZant, a big name in the UFC, posed for the magazine in 2019.
12 Gauge recently revealed more about the shoot. She claimed that she had “severely” broken her arm during the shoot, and had to fly out immediately after the shoot to get a plate inserted.
VanZant is a tough cookie for sure, but her professionalism has to be commended for this act.
Not only did she complete the shoot but she didn’t make a fuss about it. VanZant is as tough as they come, and this story just further proves it.
VanZant left the UFC after her loss to Amanda Ribas in 2020. She ended her UFC career with a record of 8 wins and 5 losses.
However, she wasn’t done with combat sports as the former UFC star signed with BKFC.
Paige VanZant’s career in BKFC hasn’t been all that great. She has fought twice in the promotion and lost both her outings.
The last time she was in the BKFC ring was in July 2021. She lost to another former UFC star, Rachael Ostovich, and hasn’t fought since.
VanZant might not be back in fighting action anytime soon, though. She seems to be doing quite well with her modelling and OnlyFans career.
She has had a lot of collaborations, one of which was with former WWE star, Mandy Rose. VanZant also shares a lot about her lifestyle, and it will be interesting to see if she does make a comeback to fighting at all.
