“Give me some tickets” – Paul Felder has a request for Conor McGregor

Published by

Just over a year ago Conor McGregor referred to Paul Felder as, “the little fool at the desk”

No one has even come close to matching the charisma that Conor McGregor possesses. UFC President Dana White will forever thank him for making the UFC what it is now.

The Face of the Fight Game, as McGregor is known, has brought in a ton of eyeballs to the sport of MMA. And it is safe to say that the Irishman calls the shots right now.

Elsewhere, Paul Felder, who has Irish roots, announced his retirement from the sport of MMA on-air at last week’s UFC Fight Night 188.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani of ESPN MMA, ‘The Irish Dragon’ opened up on McGregor often taking shots at him, during his tenure in the UFC.

However, Felder claimed that it was all fun and games, just because he had the nickname ‘The Irish Dragon’ because of his Irish roots. He reiterated that there was no bad blood between him and ‘The Notorious’.

Felder told Helwani:

“You know, I think he’s just, as they would say, man, I think he’s just always been taking the p***, to be honest with you. He’s a true Irishman. And, obviously, I’m the Irish Dragon. So, I think him and his boys were just having fun, you know, ‘This guy’s calling himself The Irish Dragon. How can we not roast him a little bit?’ But I think at the end of the day, there’s no real bad blood there.”

Paul Felder’s request for Conor McGregor

Undoubtedly McGregor is the most influential fighter in the UFC. And hence, Felder had a request for the Irishman.

Dustin Poirier posted this photo of Conor McGregor on Instagram (Instagram)

He explained that it was really tough getting tickets for his (McGregor’s) trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. So, Felder called out McGregor asking The Irishman to help him get tickets for himself and his family.

“I’m trying to go to his fight. So, if Conor sees this, Conor, please, I’m trying to get tickets, but your show is going to be quite a sellout. So, as a present to the old Irish Dragon or the German Dragon, whatever you want to call me, my friend, give me some tickets for that show, so I can take the fam.”

McGregor will be looking forward to settling the scores in his rivalry against Dustin Poirier, come the 10th of July.
