Paulo Costa brings out his ‘conspiracy-theorist’ self in his latest Twitter post

A year ago Paulo Costa looked like the most dangerous middleweights in UFC’s recent history. The unbeaten Brazilian then faced Israel Adesanya for the middleweight title at UFC 253.

Costa lost the fight via. TKO, bringing down the fear towards the man to a great extent. He then went full ‘Deontay Wilder’ giving a lot of excuses for his loss.

After almost 6 months he was scheduled to face Whittaker, but later pulled out due to contracting a flu.

Not sure what the flu might have gotten him into, he has come up with an outrageous Tweet, claiming that the whole Mars lander concept was fake.

Posting a picture of an artist’s rendition of how the lander would look on Mars, Costa claimed that the photo was created with the help of a photo crew in a studio. ‘Scientist Costa’ strikes.

He wrote:

Paulo Costa’s Twitter feed explodes

Costa’s tweet was met with a plethora of reactions. A majority of fans seemed to mock the Brazilian.

As expected, Costa on the juice was brought up by a fan.

Paulo ‘The Geek’ Costa:

Costa is currently scheduled to face Jared Cannonier on the 21st of August at UFC on ESPN.
