Adesanya and Costa have hit out on each other at social media and during interviews. However, the Brazilian recently shared a few photos of himself in training.

Costa has always been in great shape and the latest set of images show how hard he is working. The 29-year-old looked extremely ripped in these images, and this could be a message to the champion too.

Costa last defeated Yoel Romero at UFC 241 and also has wins over Uriah Hall and Johny Hendricks. The Brazilian has won several titles outside the UFC and is aiming to win his first title in the promotion.

Adesanya is one of the best

While Costa would be tough opposition for anyone in the middleweight division, Adesanya is also one of the best in the UFC.

Adesanya holds a 19-0 record in his MMA career and also defeated Romero in his last title defence. The 30-year-old won the title from Robert Whitaker and got wins over Anderson Silva and Kelvin Gastelum.

Adesanya vs Costa is one of the fights of the year and it could be set up after the clashes at UFC Fight Island.

One of the winning streaks will come to an end when the pair meet. The two have a heated rivalry between them, and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
