Paulo Costa was not a fan of how Darren Till vs Robert Whittaker took place

UFC Middleweight contender Paulo Costa was not impressed with the Darren Till vs Robert Whittaker fight.

Borrachinha was one of several UFC stars who were watching the Middleweight fight. Even Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya kept an eye on his former rival Whittaker, but Costa didn’t enjoy it one bit.

Whittaker is a former Middleweight champion while Till was trying to get into the championship scene.

However, the fight didn’t have a lot of crazy moments as both stars tried to neutralize each other’s plans.

Costa took a shot at the pair by suggesting that they hadn’t trained during the quarantine period. He even called it an “ugly fight”.

It was Whittaker who got the better of Till, and there wasn’t much disputing that. The 29-year-old Australian got an impressive win and it will be interesting to see if he is back in the title run.

His last loss was against Adesanya where he gave up the belt. However, Whittaker had been away from the UFC since then and this was his first fight in almost 10 months.

Ready for the big clash

Costa and Adesanya have been going at it on social media, but they are slated to meet soon. The UFC hasn’t confirmed when the pair meet for the title but this should be an incredible fight.

Legendary MMA coach Brandon Gibson also shared his prediction for the fight and believed Adesanya could cause Costa damage if the fight went into the later rounds.

However, he also believed that Costa would come all guns blazing right from the first round too.
