Dan Hooker faces Michael Chandler in his next fight and mixed up his rival in a promo
Dan Hooker tried his bit to share a promo for his UFC next fight against Michael Chandler, but the Kiwi decided to have some fun with it too.
This is a huge fight for both stars but Hooker seems to be taking things a little lightly. The Kiwi was defeated by Dustin Poirier in his previous fight but mixed up the ‘Chandler’ he was to face.
Hooker posted a UFC promo which featured himself and the ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ character, Chandler Bing.
He even tagged Matthew Perry, the actor who played Bing, in the hit sitcom from a couple of decades back.
Of course, this was all a bit of fun and games from Hooker, who has a knack of posting jokes on social media.
He did post the right promo a day back and that featured the right photo of former Bellator champion Michael Chandler.
Chandler, the UFC star, has a big task ahead of him. Hooker is a tough opponent, something that Gilbert Burns also claimed but the Brazilian backed Chandler to get the win.
This is also going to be the debut UFC fight for Chandler and the winner of this clash could be in the Lightweight title scene.
Chandler is a multiple former Bellator Lightweight champion and has a lot of title pedigree. The American also served as the cover for the title clash between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje a few months back.
This is going to be an interesting fight and the pressure is on both stars. Hooker would be looking to bounce back after his loss to Poirier while Chandler would want to start his UFC career with a big win.
