Daniel Cormier is training hard for his clash against Stipe Miocic
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier is back training ahead of his huge showdown against rival Stipe Miocic.
Miocic is the current UFC Heavyweight champion and defeated Cormier to reclaim his crown. However, the champion injured his eye at UFC 241 and was out of action since.
The UFC confirmed that the pair would meet again for the title at UFC 252 on 15 August, and Cormier is training hard for the clash.
DC is seen on several UFC shows as a commentator or a panellist, but the 41-year-old is still capable of doing damage inside the Octagon.
The former champion shared a picture of his training with his teammates, and he certainly was breaking a sweat.

Other images were also shared of DC helping others out during the session, and his UFC 252 fight should be something incredible.
The end of the road for Cormier
Cormier vs Miocic 3 will be the final fight of DC’s long and illustrious MMA career. DC has spoken about this being his final outing in the UFC and he already has a career set in broadcasting already.
Cormier is a former Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight champion in the UFC, and will go down as one of the best ever.
The 41-year-old has had many rivalries over the years but the one against Miocic certainly stands out. Both stars hold one win over the other and this third meeting should decide who is the best between them.
Cormier holds an MMA record of 22-2-1 and the only losses of his career have come against Jon Jones and Miocic.
