Amanda Nunes and Nina Ansaroff welcomed their daughter, Raegan Ann Nunes, earlier in the year

Amanda Nunes and her partner. Nina Ansaroff, seem to be loving every minute of becoming parents.

The UFC pair have been married for a while but their family grew earlier this year. Ansaroff gave birth to the couple’s first child as Raegan Ann Nunes was welcomed to the world.

Ansaroff had to curtail her UFC career for a while but the parents are doing everything they can to have a great time with their daughter.

The trio recently shared a lovely photo shoot with baby Raegan all dressed up. Nunes had just one word to highlight the photo shoot and used a term made famous in the movie ‘The Lion King’.

The Lioness is ready to roar

While the family side of Nunes is something to cherish and cheer, she is a lion in the Octagon too. The 32-year-old is considered as one of the greatest MMA athletes of all time and is a two-division UFC champion.

She holds the Bantamweight and Featherweight titles in the UFC and has taken on all comers in the UFC.

Nunes holds a career MMA record of 20 wins and four losses, and last defeated Felicia Spencer at UFC 250. She has defeated the likes of Holly Holm, Germaine de Randamie, Ronda Rousey, Cris Cyborg, Miesha Tate and Valentina Shevchenko during her time in the UFC.

The Lioness, as she is called, will next face Megan Anderson at UFC 256 and she should be the favourite to retain her gold.

Nunes holds several UFC and MMA records at the moment and it is only a matter of time before she bags more.

While she is enjoying her time with her family, we will see a different beast once she starts preparing properly for UFC 256.
