UFC Fight Night 169 has a huge clash as its main event with Joseph Benavidez taking on Deiveson Figueiredo.
The Flyweight title is vacant after Henry Cajudo decided to try out his luck in the Bantamweight division. Benavidez is the #1 ranked fighter in the division and it should be an incredible clash at UFC Fight Night 169.
There are some great matches on the card, but age isn’t seeming to be a problem for Benavidez.
The 35-year-old American recently shared some images of his incredibly ripped body ahead of the fight.
Benavidez seems to be in incredible shape and has been on a bit of a tear in recent weeks.
The 35-year-old has been in the MMA circuit for a while and has a record of 28 wins and five losses.
He has won his last three matches while he has lost just one from his last 10 clashes.
It will be interesting to see how things go in a few days but his challenger cannot be taken lightly.
The Brazilian challenger is called the God of War and has lost just one match in his MMA career.
Figueiredo is also younger than Benavidez and has 17 wins in his MMA career. He did lose in his first fight in 2019 but has won every bout since.
Benavidez does have the experience in this clash, and that could be the game-changer once these two meet in the Octagon.
The American does look to be in great shape, but he cannot take the younger rival lightly.
