Ronda Rousey recently gave news of her pregnancy with husband Travis Browne
Former UFC fighter and current WWE superstar, Ronda Rousey, shared a positive piece of news with the world on Thursday as she announced her pregnancy.
She uploaded a video on her YouTube account alongside husband, Travis Browne. Both Rousey and Browne are, of course, ex-UFC fighters.
But they have since left the promotion to undertake different ventures. Rousey took a break from WWE 2 years back as she wanted to start a family with Browne.
And finally, the couple are on track to achieving just that. This also puts an end to rumours surrounding a possible WWE return in the next few months.
The MMA and pro wrestling world shared their best wishes with Rousey and Browne on social media yesterday, and Rose Namajunas became the latest one to give her views on the news.
The former UFC women’s strawweight champion was talking to TMZ Sports on YouTube regarding her next fight at UFC 261.
She was then asked to give her views on Rousey’s pregnancy, and ‘Thug Rose’ believes that the 34-year-old will make a great mom when the baby arrives in September.
“Yeah, I think she’s gonna be a great mother. [I’m] really happy for them and their family and I love Travis Browne as well, I think they’re awesome people. And, can’t wait to see what the baby’s gonna look like.”
Namajunas’ immediate concern would be her upcoming title fight. Her last fight against Jessica Andrade, albeit ending in a win, was unimpressive.
And in front of her is Weili Zhang, who is the current champion and on a 2-fight win streak. The two collide for the title at UFC 261 later this weekend.
