Sean O’Malley is one of the rising stars in the UFC and believes he will fight three big stars in the future

Sean O’Malley certainly has attracted a lot of attention from fight fans in recent months. The 25-year-old UFC star is undefeated in his MMA career and recently picked up an impressive win over Eddie Wineland.

O’Malley is known for his unique hairstyle but he is no mug in the Octagon too. Sugar, as he is called, won his last two fights via knockouts and is always looking to get a viral one at that.

He did so against Wineland too, however, he also tried a spinning kick which didn’t pay off. The American still isn’t in discussions for a title fight but believes he will face off against three big names.

O’Malley was speaking with Helen Yee and highlighted that a fight against Henry Cejudo could take place.

Yee claimed that Cody Garbrandt and Petr Yan also wanted to face O’Malley, and the rising star was certain these clashes would happen:

“It will happen. I believe I will fight Cody someday, fight Petr [Yan] someday and I think I will fight Henry someday.”

Sugar also claimed he was fit and ready to fight in August. However, instead of the three big stars in the division, O’Malley didn’t name anyone in particular but wanted to fight soon.

Yan is to fight Jose Aldo for the vacant Bantamweight title at UFC 251. Cejudo, for his part, retired from the UFC but he could make his return to the promotion.

Garbrandt also picked up a huge win recently and the former champion wants a shot at the crown. O’Malley certainly is one to keep an eye on, and a title shot won’t be out of the question if he keeps on winning.
