Sean O’Malley responded to his rival Marlon Vera in his latest YouTube video

Sean O’Malley has grown leaps and bounds over the last few years. The surging bantamweight is very active off the court as well.

He has his own YouTube channel that has gained so much traction in recent times.

Recently, O’Malley uploaded a video on his channel, in which he was seen handing out cash to random shoppers in his local Walmart.

His on-field rival, Marlon Vera fired shots at O’Malley for recording the same.

He tweeted:

“U don’t need a camera guy to help people. you piece of shit.”

O’Malley hit back at Vera in his latest YouTube video.

Calling Vera a sexist, O’Malley said:

“Yeah, giving out money — some people didn’t like it. Like this one guy tweeted something like, ‘you give money out without…you don’t need a camera guy.’ What was it? Woah, first of all, it’s my sister. She’s a girl, don’t be sexist. Girls can record videos too. No respect. [via Bloody Elbow]

He continued:

“‘You don’t need a camera guy to help people you piece of sh*t.’ I didn’t know that to be honest. I was actually taken back by that. I thought if I did it without recording it, the people I gave it to wouldn’t care. I thought the people I gave $100 to had to have a camera there for them to care…I still felt like a good person. Even if I’m a piece of sh*t, I still felt like a good person.” [via Bloody Elbow]

Marlon Vera is the only man to beat Sean O’Malley

On the 16th of August, 2020, an undefeated Sean O’Malley took on Marlon Vera at UFC 252. In the very first round, O’Malley suffered a drop foot which allowed Vera to finish him with elbows and punches.

To date, that Vera loss has been O’Malley’s only L. He now has a record of 15 wins and 1 loss.

A rematch between the two is very much possible.
