Abubakar Nurmagomedov faces Daniel Rodriguez that same night. Two weeks from the 17th of July, Khabib’s cousin Usman Nurmagomedov faces Luis Muro at Bellator 263.
Makhachev, Abubakar and Usman have a combined win-loss record of 47 wins and just 4 losses.
Khabib is back in his coach Javier Mendez’s AKA gym. In a recent video shared by Mendez, Khabib can be seen exhibiting his strictness and discipline while training a boatload of members at the gym.
He can be seen saying:
“Someone tired, they can go home… [they can] cry too.”
Mendez warns the same of his clients as well.

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins was left impressed with Khabib Nurmagomedov’s ‘tight’ coaching ethics.
Quote tweeting ESPN MMA’s tweet, Rollins wrote:
“There is no greatness without suffering. Who wants to live forever? @BlackandBrave.”
Rollins made sure that he had mentioned Black and Brave Wrestling Academy where he is the head trainer, sending a strong message to his clients that they must be taking the ‘Dagestani’ route and not be slouching.
