The BMF champion Jorge Masvidal needs his adrenaline even after he is done fighting
Jorge Masvidal and Mark Hunt took part in a fun Halfcast Podcast as the UFC pair spoke on several topics.
Hunt is a legend in the business, even though he doesn’t have the greatest MMA record. However, Masvidal is in his prime and seems set to fight Kamaru Usman for the UFC Welterweight title.
Masvidal claimed that the fight is on and should take place later in the year, but was asked about what his plans were after he was done with the Octagon.
The BMF champion claimed that fighting was something that was always on his mind, but he knew he has a shelf life in the Octagon.
Masvidal claimed he had three more years of fighting and had a crazy way to get his kicks later on:
“Three more years where I am competing at this level. I can give world-class performances and after that, I am done.
“But when I am done fighting, I think I am going skiing for a long time, yeah.”
Masvidal then explained why he needed something to get pumping too:
“Everyone here understands that we need that adrenaline though, I need that adrenaline everyday. If not, I start to get edgy, to get weird. My adrenaline has to pump somehow, some way, whether it is a hard workout that gets me exhausted or something.”

The 35-year-old is in the prime of his life and it will be interesting to see how things go with him in the coming months.
UFC has shut up shop till UFC 249, and hopefully, we get to see Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson first.
The rivalry between Usman and Masvidal has been brewing for a while, and hopefully, UFC 250 also takes place amidst the coronavirus outbreak.
