Henry Cejudo salutes Triple H’s decorated wrestling career and sends out his words of commendation to him
The memory of Triple H walking towards the squared circle to his uproarious entrance song, and enthralling the fans with his signature moves inside the ring still excites fans to this day. ‘The Game’ suffered a cardiac arrest last September which led to heart surgery, forcing him to call it a day.
Levesque confirmed the news to Stephen A.Smith on ESPN by saying,
“As far as in-ring, which I get a lot, I’m done,I will never wrestle again. First of all, I have a defibrillator in my chest, and it’s not a good idea for me to get zapped on live TV.”
The news was a bitter pill to swallow for millions of his fans who grew up watching him, and immediately poured out their hearts on social media wishing their beloved super-star a happy retirement.
Henry Cejudo applauds Tripe H’s momentous career
Former UFC Double champion Henry Cejudo was amongst the first to send out his words of regards to Levesque for such an illustrated career.
The often haughty Cejudo was at his humble best when he said that he bows down to the ‘Game’ for revolutionizing the sport of wrestling.
He put out a tweet saying,
‘From one guy who knows a little something about gold to another, congrats
@TripleH
on a legendary career. Today, Triple C bends the knee to Triple H. #ThankYouTripleH #Respect 👑’
