Conor McGregor was seen lighting up a huge blunt in a video he posted on Twitter
Conor McGregor has been recovering from an ankle surgery he had almost a month ago. The Irishman suffered a broken left leg during his trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.
He was operated on the next day, and was also slapped with a 6-month medical suspension.
Ever since he was discharged from the hospital, McGregor has been posting several controversial tweets and later deleting them. One such was the tweets aimed at Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dustin Poirier last week.
More recently, he posted a video on Twitter, which showed him smoking a big blunt. McGregor was acting all hysteric and insane in the video, while also shouting, “I’m getting jacked.”
He later deleted the Tweet.
However, Twitterati was quick to react to McGregor’s tweet. Most of the reactions were slanders aimed at the Irishman.
Here are a few of them:
Conor McGregor’s wheelchair boxing match postponed
Conor McGregor’s wheelchair boxing match against impressionist Al Foran has been postponed. It was set to take place on the 11th of September at Clayton Hotel in Galway, Ireland.
The news was first reported by Marc Raimondi of ESPN and later confirmed by McGregor himself.
Here is Raimondi’s tweet:
McGregor wrote:
“Guys, the September date is too early for me. I am still in recovery. My docs/physical therapy team out here advice me to stay. I reckon late October at earliest. But maybe November/December too. It is hard to say at this time a concrete date. But I’m in! Wait for me please!”
Hence, one can be pretty sure that the fight will take place, but at a later date.
