Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury will be watching closely as Conor McGregor faces Dustin Poirier next weekend
Conor McGregor will be taking on Dustin Poirier next weekend in the main event of UFC 264. This will be the pair’s third fight, with scoreline currently 1-1.
Poirier made it 1-1 after beating McGregor at UFC 257, via. TKO in the second round, thereby inflicting McGregor’s first-ever knockout loss.
Their rivalry dates back to September 2014 – UFC 178, when a young and immortal McGregor destroyed Poirier in the very first round.
With the bout inching closer, predictions have been coming in from all the corners of the world.
More recently heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury spoke to BT Sport and gave his prediction for the fight.
‘The Gypsy King’ called it the last roll of the dice for McGregor. The Brit predicted a win for McGregor.
Fury told BT Sport:
“It’s Conor McGregor’s final roll of the dice. I think he wins this fight, I think he wins it in style to be fair.”
Ali Abdelaziz has been riding high on his client Kayla Harrison’s success. Harrison has been unstoppable ever since she made her PFL debut, and her recent victory which took her MMA record to 10-0 got him more pumped than ever.
In his latest tweet, Abdelaziz made an outrageous claim that Harrison would submit Conor McGregor, all while stating that he was ready to bet $1 million on the outcome.
His tweet read:
“I will put up $1 million @KaylaH Will submit McGregor on the ground.”
This is just another back and forth in the saga of McGregor-Abdelaziz rivalry.
