UFC and Monster Energy have been one of the biggest partnership deals in sports history
The UFC has announced the extension of their global partnership with popular Energy Drink Giants, Monster Energy.
March 13, 2015, was when the promotion signed a massive deal with Monster Energy. The brand’s logo made its first appearance at UFC 184: Rousey vs Zingano in Los Angeles.
Since then, Monster Energy can be seen almost everywhere in the UFC arena. Be it during the weigh-ins, pre-fight and post-fight presser, event day, it is omnipresent.
Following the massive success of the same, the promotion has decided to extend its partnership with Monster Energy.
This extension will also bring in new changes. Monster will be included as the “Official Water of the UFC”, will sponsor UFC’s Twitch Channel and several shows on UFC Fight Pass.
The brand’s logo will remain placed in the center of the Octagon.

UFC President Dana White who has played the biggest role in the success of the UFC, was delighted with the latest partnership extension.
Singing praises of Monster Energy, White said:
“Monster has been one of the best partners UFC has ever had. Our companies have grown alongside one another for more than a decade and we look forward to continuing the partnership for many years to come.” [via UFC.com]
Monster Energy CEO, Rodney Socks was equally elated as well. He stated how Monster Energy and UFC have mutually grown over the last decade, before going on to express his desire for continued growth in the coming years.
