UFC makeup artist Suzy Friton passed away due to stage 4 breast cancer
UFC makeup artist Suzy Friton had been a part of the UFC since 2006. She was the backbone of the UFC stylist team, involved in wardrobe, hair-styling and makeup – for fighters, ring girls, commentators.
Friton had already beaten breast cancer twice, before it returned in March 2020. This time it was more pronounced – stage 4.
The brave makeup artist once again battled through the disease and almost conquered it towards the end of 2020.
Just when it looked like everything was fine, the cancer returned once again in 2021. On the 9th of September, Friton sadly succumbed to the disease.
A legion of UFC stars, commentators, ring girls and presenters paid their heartfelt tribute to the deceased Friton.

UFC heavyweight Jon Jones was devastated upon hearing the news of Suzy Friton’s passing. He shared a couple of posts with elaborate messages stating how bad he felt following her death.
