Kevin Holland produced another fantastic knockout at UFC 256 and Jacare Souza almost lost consciousness after the fight was over

Kevin Holland continued his incredible rise up the UFC rankings as he took on the dangerous Jacare Souza.

Holland, who was coming on the back of four wins, was looking to wrap up 2020 undefeated with his fifth success.

Souza was not to be taken easy, but Holland made light work of his rival. Trail Blazer some how managed to get a KO from position when one of his hands was on the ground.

The first shot rocked Souza and he was out before Holland got a few free shots at him. The referee should have come quicker to save Souza.

Souza needed a lot of medical attention from the medics and the commentators were also scared that he might lose his senses while standing.

Souza did look extremely confused and dazed after the decision. However, he seemed to be fine after some extensive work. Holland even went up to his rival and the pair shared a moment of respect in the Octagon.

Ready for a sixth fight

Holland, however, wasn’t done after this win. Some might have thought that he would take some time off after this win but he wanted another fight before the end of 2020.

Trail Blazer is known to be a bit of a trash talker and called out the undefeated Khamzat Chimaev. The Swede has been one of the big stars for the UFC in 2020 and has looked incredible in the promotion since making his debut.

Six fights in one year would be something incredible but it is unlikely Khamzat will accept this challenge given he also has a battle set up soon.

Holland is someone to keep an eye on and he will be a challenger for the UFC Middleweight title.
