Joaquin Buckley produced an incredible knockout against Impa Kasanganay and went crazy seeing Dana White
Joaquin Buckley might have produced the greatest knockout of the year against Impa Kasanganay at UFC Fight Island 5.
The 26-year-old caught hold of Kasanganay’s foot before unloading an incredible spinning back kick.
That caught the undefeated Kasanganay flush on the face and he went down in slow motion. The fight was over as soon as he connected with the kick and Buckley was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus.
Buckley certainly got a lot of people talking and he was giddy with excitement after Dana White met the rising star.
Give him the cheque now
Buckley could be seen screaming and smiling away as White met the UFC star after the fight.
White also spoke about how this was one way to stand out from the crowd and about paying Buckley $200,000 also.
The UFC president also joked about Sean Shelby telling him to carry the $50,000 cheque now instead of letting Buckley leave Fight Island.
"Aw naw, you gonna make me cry."

The 26-year-old Buckley came in as the underdog as Kasanganay was undefeated in his MMA career prior to this.
However, Buckley proved that anything is possible in the UFC as his spinning kick will be talk of the town for a long time.
The American had lost his previous fight to Kevin Holland, which was also his UFC debut. The 26-year-old came into the UFC with a 10-2 MMA record and now moves to 10-3 after this incredible win.
It will be interesting to see what is next for both the stars after this fight. This was proof that anything can happen in the Octagon in a split second and many will be talking of Buckley’s KO for a long time too.
