Kyler Phillips was phenomenal in his latest UFC fight and defeated Cameron Else
UFC Fight Night: Holm vs Aldana had some incredible finishes with Kyler Phillips getting one over Cameron Else.
This was Phillips second fight in the UFC and he looked to be in excellent touch against the debutant Else.
Else came into this clash on a six-fight win streak but ate a lot of punches in the first round. That seemed to have taken the wind out of his sails and the second round saw Phillips dominate right from the first second.
Marc Goddard, the referee, called the fight off after just 44 seconds of the second round. Phillips is called the Matrix inside the Octagon and he celebrated in brilliant fashion but performing a flip:
The celebration by @Kymatrix was every bit as good as fight itself 馃槑 #UFCFightIsland4 pic.twitter.com/cSHRjMCJrK

Phillips keeps impressing
The 25-year-old Phillips came into this fight as the slight favourite and seems to be back on an impressive winning streak.
Phillips is now 8-1 in his MMA career and has won both his UFC fights. The win over Else was certainly great given how he went for the kill once the UFC debutant seemed to be injured.
The fight could have been called off at the end of the first round itself, but Goddard gave Else a chance to get back.
It will be interesting to see what is next for Phillips after this win. The UFC Bantamweight division is one of the most stacked in the promotion and Petr Yan has several challengers waiting to get a shot at the title.
Phillips won鈥檛 be in title contention yet, however, a few more impressive wins like this and the Matrix might just get a crack at the gold.
The 25-year-old celebrated in the same fashion after the post-fight interview, and he is one star to keep an eye out for.
