Marvin Vettori got Karl Roberson to submit at UFC Las Vegas 2
Marvin Vettori got the better of his rival, Karl Roberson, at UFC Las Vegas 2. The Italian Dream and Roberson had built up a heated rivalry before the fight and the pair didn鈥檛 even touch gloves.
It was Vettori who got the win in the first round thanks to a rear-naked choke. Both stars tried to destroy the other in the early minutes of the first round, but it was Vettori who got his rival to tap out.

There were a ton of screams from Marvin after he got the win, and the Italian celebrated in a different manner.
While we see many UFC stars climb onto the cage and celebrate, Vettori decided to smash his head into the cage.

This probably was the adrenaline pumping into his system after a great win over Roberson. The win was registered with less than a minute left in the round, and this UFC event saw several quick fights.
Blink and miss
The Preliminary card saw the first three fights end even before the first minute of each fight. There were some incredible knockouts in the clash too with Tyson Nam getting an excellent win over Zarrukh Adashev.
Vettori, for his part, continued his middleweight UFC journey. The 26-year-old now moves to 15 wins and four losses in his MMA career.
Vettori also is now on a three-fight win streak and it will be interesting to see what is next for him.
His last loss in the UFC came against the current middleweight champion in Israel Adesanya. While fighting Izzy might be out of the question now, Vettori could be in the running for a title if he keeps picking off opponents in such impressive fashion.
