Dillon Danis is a controversial figure in the MMA world but does he have a UFC record?
Dillon Danis is a name that most MMA fans would know about, but not for the right reasons. The training partner of Conor McGregor, at one time, burst onto the scene after the UFC 229 brawl.
UFC 229 saw a huge fight between bitter rivals Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. The Dagestani, Nurmagomedov, won the fight and then a huge brawl broke out with Danis being targeted.
Danis has spoken quite a bit in recent months too regarding his boxing match against Logan Paul. However, many have searched about his UFC record. The American star is 2-0 in his MMA career and has not fought since 2019.
Danis, however, hasn’t fought in the UFC, so he has no UFC record to speak about. The 30-year-old is 2-0 in Bellator and has been with them ever since the start of his professional career.
He has wins over Kyle Walker and Max Humphrey, and he has spoken about possibly fighting again in 2023, but that is to be seen.
When will Dillon Danis and Logan Paul fight?
Danis and Paul have been going at each other’s throats for a while. The Bellator star has recently taken up a new tactic by posting pictures of Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, and some of the men she has been with.
The pair are set to fight on 14 October, 2023 and the clash will be held in Manchester, England. Danis vs Paul will be the co-main event of the card it seems.
The main event is going to be a clash between long-time rivals KSI and Tommy Fury. KSI vs Fury will be for the MF cruiserweight title and will be a six-round fight.
The clash between Danis and Paul is going to be a bridgerweight clash of eight rounds. It is interesting to note that this will be Danis’ professional boxing debut. He has never boxed before while Paul lost his only professional boxing match. He was up against KSI in 2019, and lost that after six rounds.
