This weekend’s UFC Fight Night features a clash between lightweight contenders Islam Makhachev and Bobby Green.

The original event was slated to be a title contention eliminator between Beneil Dariush and Makhachev. However, Dariush was forced to withdraw, only for the card to be heroically saved by crowd-favourite, Bobby Green.

Makhachev is coming off a dominant submission victory against top lightweight contender Dan Hooker and Green is fresh from his victory at UFC 271 against Nasrat Haqparast, just a few weeks back.
