We take a look at the US Open 2021 schedule set to be hosted next month in New York

The 2021 US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year which is held at Flushing Meadows, New York. The season has panned out in a very competitive manner, but it is World No.1 Novak Djokovic who has made it his own.

The Serbian has already won the titles at the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon in 2021. He is one Grand Slam win away from making it a record-breaking 21st Grand Slam, which could put him above the likes of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

With a capacity of 23,771, Flushing Meadows keeps spectators right on top of the action as they watch the world’s best battle it out for the US Open.

The event is attended by a large number of fans every year

It is also home to the Arthur Ashe stadium, which is the largest tennis venue in the world and costs $254 million to construct, with 90 luxury suites, five restaurants, and a two-level players’ lounge included.

The stadium is located in Queens, New York and contains the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

The facility has 22 courts inside its 46.5 acres area, with the three stadiums on site among the biggest stadiums in tennis.
