Steve Austin posts hilarious clip on Instagram
WWE Hall of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin uploaded a hilarious video on social media displaying his inability to drink a beer.
The legend is an icon of the company and is famous for his post-match celebrations and entrances in his career. The smashing of two beer cans which is thrown from the crowd is still a legendary event in WWE.
However, in a clip he is seen saving himself from the windy weather of Nevada. He did not manage to get a sip of his favourite drink. The clip has more than 300,000 views as of today on Twitter.
Austin is one of the most decorated athletes in the history of the business, winning 19 championships throughout his reign. He is a WWF Champion, WWF Intercontinental Champion, WWF Tag Team Champion and Million Dollar Champion in WWE.
Austin is also one of the wrestlers, along with The Rock who defined the Attitude Era. He is the reason why WWE is an elite wrestling company today.
Steve Austin spoke to Chris Jericho back in April, discussing how he refuted the idea to return for a competitive match. The Rock and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin fought for the final time in their glorious careers at WrestleMania XIX.
“I think Vince [McMahon] tried talking me to coming back a couple times, but you know Chris, I love the business so much,” Austin said. “I love it more than anybody else and can only speak for myself, but I love the damn business, and it hurt me so much to leave it. And to me, going back for one match, man, why? What am I proving? What are they going to remember? It ain’t about the money. Austin wowed fans with his charisma and personality, which was like no other and made him one of the corner stones of the WWE with Vince McMahon.
