The entire world was shocked when Kobe Bryant was killed in a helicopter accident with several others, and Conor McGregor also posted several tributes for the NBA star.
Bryant won several titles with the Los Angeles Lakers and is considered as one of the greatest to have ever played the game.
The same could be said about McGregor, who is one of the greatest to have fought in the Octagon.
McGregor is one of the best showmen in the business and has a swagger and confidence that is unmatched.
The Irishman posted several recent updates after the passing of Bryant, and one featured a small clip of the NBA star highlighting McGregor’s abilities:
“Conor is an animal, man. I think his personality, his temperament. I love everything about Conor.”
McGregor also posted that he went to the Grammy’s but was thinking of Bryant on the night.
The Irishman also shared other photos of the tribute paid to Bryant recently, and his passing was a shocking incident just a few days into 2020.
Several stars from different sports paid their tributes to the American star. Coco Gauff and Naomi Osaka from the tennis fraternity did the same, and so did Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
McGregor also has to think of his future fights after defeating Donald Cerrone in his previous outing.
The Irishman beat the Cowboy in 40 seconds and made a successful return to the Octagon.
