Mike Tyson is one of the biggest names in the history of boxing but the former champion also had a scuffle with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Iron Mike will be remembered for his great moves in the ring and creating history by capturing the title at the age of 20. He was on an incredible high during the 90s too and was brought into WWE/WWF by Vince McMahon.
The American didn’t come here to wrestle but caused a huge storm in 1998. WWE shared a video of what happened on this day from 22 years back and it remains one of the biggest moments in the history of the attitude era.
Stone Cold came down to speak with Tyson and claimed he could beat the boxer any day of the week.
Austin further taunted Tyson by flipping him the bird and causing a mass brawl between the pair.
That set up the huge fight at WrestleMania XIV with Tyson joining D-X. The boxer was also named as the enforcer for the clash between Shawn Michaels and Austin.
The Rattlesnake was fighting for his first WWE title and it was Tyson, in the end, who came up trumps.
Austin was able to get the pin on Michaels with Tyson putting in the three count. The referee had been knocked out earlier and Michaels was not happy with the result in the end.
