Lewis Hamilton is one of the greatest racers in the history of F1 and had talent oozing in his veins

Mercedes star Lewis Hamilton will be aiming for an incredible seventh F1 driver’s title in 2020.

The British racer has won five titles out of the last six thanks to the power of the Mercedes, but there have been some who question that feat.

Mercedes have produced the best car in the paddock for most of those seasons, and some claim that is the secret to his success.

Hamilton, however, had a lot of talent coming through the various series from a young age. He did well in almost every championship he participated in and a throwback clip highlighted his incredible talent from the karting days.

The video shows Hamilton, who is racing in the #1, initially trailing behind the pack.

Karting is much different from the current F1 cars as most of the vehicles have similar power and talent and ability shines through.

Hamilton shows a lot of that in the final stages as he moves up to fourth and in one move, rounds three other racers, to finish in first place.

This was another showing of how great Hamilton really is and that talent that naturally comes through him, something the fans highlighted too:

Button backs Hamilton for the crown

Hamilton’s former teammate from McLaren, Jenson Button, backed the Brit to win a seventh title recently.

Button was speaking about the season ahead and claimed that Mercedes were the team to beat. He hoped for a closer challenge from Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc too.

Verstappen and Leclerc are also extremely talented, however, their machines don’t match up with the Mercedes.

The first F1 race of the season is a month away, and Hamilton, for now, seems set for another title.
