Why is Lisa Hochstein filing for divorce?
Lisa Hochstein filed for divorce from her husband in May 2022. The news of the rumors came out after the plastic surgeon was seen partying with model Katharina Mazepa. Dr. Lenny confirmed their divorce in an interview with the US, stating, “Lisa and I are getting divorced. A few weeks ago, I denied this because I was trying my best to protect my family during this process.”
Lisa and Lenny have been married for 12 years, but their relationship has fallen apart, and Lisa mentions in her legal documents that, due to financial constraints imposed by Lenny, she was not able to purchase basic necessities for her children. She stated that she was denied payment on her husband’s American Express card. On the contrary, to defend himself, Lenny stated that Lisa had made numerous requests for support and that there was no valid reason for such support.
In April 2023, a judge ordered Lenny to pay $8,000 per month and also help her maintain their children. The estranged couple has been making allegations against each other regarding their personal issues, finances, and children. Lenny has moved on in his life and is currently engaged to his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
