Here’s a look at the NFL Combine preview for 2022 along with the schedule for the week-long event

The NFL Combine 2022 is currently taking place in Indianapolis. The annual event sees several top college-level football players participate in a round of activities.

The players undergo certain physical and mental tests to showcase their talents to eventually earn a spot on an NFL franchise’s roster. A number of scouts, team owners, and coaches gather together to assess the players, who remain in the hopes of being drafted to the top teams in the league.

Some of the activities the players need to undergo include the 40-yard dash, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, 20-yard shuffle, 3-cone drill, 60-yard shuffle, Cybex test and the Wonderlic test.

NFL Combine 2022 Schedule

The 2022 NFL Combine began on March 1st and will end on March 7th. The on-field drills have already begun and we can take a look at the schedule from today until the end of the activities.

On Thursday, March 3, From 4 PM – 11 PM ET a TE, QB, WR Group will undergo drills.

On Friday, March 4, From 4 PM – 11 PM ET a PK, ST OL and RB Group will undergo drills.

On Sunday, March 6, From 2 PM – 7 PM ET a DB Group will undergo drills.

NFL Player invites

The NFL has invited a total of 324 top draft prospects to participate in the 2022 NFL Scouting Combine. Players from over 105 colleges will arrive at Indianapolis to partake in the activities.

The invitees are decided by the NFL combine’s “Player Selection Committee,” which is comprised of directors of both National and BLESTO scouting services and members of various NFL player personnel departments as well.
