WWE Superstar Matt Riddle is a former UFC fighter. But what are his records at UFC?

Before being a WWE Wrestler, Matt Riddle was a professional MMA fighter – from 2008 to 2014. He made his UFC debut on June 21, 2008, and in 10 years, he began working for one of the biggest wrestling brands, WWE.

Riddle made his debut at The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale against Ultimate Fighter castmate Dante Rivera via unanimous decision. He then made a name for himself by appearing on SpikeTV’s The Ultimate Fighter 7 and holding a four-fight winning streak in the UFC. He also had a compiled career record of 8-3 (2).

Matt Riddle was in-line to win the Royal Rumble

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsiderMatt Riddle was initially scheduled to win the men’s Royal Rumble last Saturday.

However, the plans changed numerous times, and in the end, Brock Lesnar went on to win the event.

He signed with WWE in 2018 and was assigned to the NXT brand, where he was a one-time NXT Tag Team Champion with Pete Dunne. 

In WWE, also he made a name for himself as he won the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament and was promoted to the main roster within one year of joining.

He also became the Raw Tag Team Champions with Randy Orton in August 2021.
