When was IMPACT Wrestling star Big Kon, aka Konnor, released from WWE?

Big Kon, also known as Konnor, recently made his IMPACT Wrestling debut. Let us know more about him

Big Kon was formerly a part of The Ascension in NXT and WWE, who made his IMPACT Wrestling debut. He is best known for his time as a part of The Ascension with Victor. They won the NXT Tag Team Titles once during their run with the company. 

Big Konnor was a former WWE Superstar (WWE)

The stable finished their time in NXT in December of 2014 before being called for the main roster. However, they returned to NXT in 2015 and 2016 for a few matches.

The duo of Konnor and Victor was released by WWE in December of 2019. After leaving the company, he made several appearances for several independent wrestling promotions. 

Big Kon made his debut for IMPACT recently

Former WWE Superstar Konnor made his shocking debut on IMPACT Wrestling when he confronted Josh Alexander at the top of the show. However, he lost about a minute after submitting to the Ankle Lock.

He made his way to the ring when Alexander demanded a World Championship opportunity post-No-Surrender.

It was the first mainstream wrestling appearance for Konnor since the 12 April 2019 broadcast of WWE Main Event where he and Ascension partner were felled by Heavy Machinery. His WWE journey after nearly a decade.

Big Kon, aka Ryan Parmeter, appeared on the fourth season of NXT under Conor O’Brian. However, it wasn’t until NXT transitioned into WWE’s developmental territory that Konnor was champion for a record 364-day reign as NXT Tag Team Champion with Viktor.
